I, the undersigned, in consideration of receiving firearms training, instruction, and/or facility usage provided by Locked-N-Loaded Academy, LLC, including its officers, owners, agents, employees, and the Property Owners (together, “Instructor”) hereby release and hold harmless Instructor and Property Owners from any and all claims, causes of action, or other liability for injury or damages arising from my participation in firearms training provided by Instructor and Property Owners, including any claims based on the negligence of Instructor or Property Owners or the negligent or intentional acts of third parties. For the purposes of this Agreement, "Property Owners" shall refer to the owners of the property where the firearms training and activities are conducted. The term "Instructor" as used in this Agreement shall include the Property Owners. do further covenant, warrant and agree not to institute any suit or proceeding, whether in law or in equity, arising from or connected with any loss, injury or damage that I may sustain as a result of the firearms training provided by the Instructor.
I, the undersigned, hereby release and hold harmless the owners of the property located at 3568 Trail Ridge Road, Middleburg, Florida 32068, from any and all claims, causes of action, or other liability for injury or damages arising from my participation in firearms training provided at this location. This release includes any claims based on the negligence of the property owners or the negligent or intentional acts of third parties while on this property. I acknowledge that this release is intended to cover all activities conducted at the specified location, including but not limited to firearms training, instruction, and facility usage.
